We see a lot of great photos throughout the week. So, we thought it was high-time we started rounding up some of our faves each week and highlighting one each Friday on our blog to inspire our weekend adventures. We call it the Osprey Round Up.
Do you remember your first backpacking trip? Whether you were 2 years old or 20, I’m betting it had a lasting impression—it definitely did for us. We believe that the more people, especially children, that we can get outside, the more people we will have protecting our remaining wild places. That’s why we love seeing families out on the trail. And if they happen to be wearing all Osprey Packs, well that’s an added bonus.

Here’s to hitting the trail with your family and friends this weekend. Happy Friday!
I’ve lived in Southwest Colorado for four years now and it still amazes me all the places in my own backyard I still have not explored. Thankfully Osprey Packs gives its employees the opportunity to take a paid day off to explore the wilderness. This gives us here at Osprey extra time to play in the beautiful place we live in.
Unless you’ve been living in a deep, dark cave… You may have noticed that there is a lot of cool stuff going on out there. So, we thought it was high-time we started rounding up some of our faves each Friday. Every month, we’ll be choosing a theme that fits with the Osprey lifestyle. We kicked off the month with 5 Point Film Festival, and we’re counting down the days to Mountainfilm in Telluride, so this month we’re devoting it to… you guessed it: film! Welcome to the Osprey Friday Round-Up!
We know that we dedicated this month to showing our favorite film clips on our Friday Round-Up, but we had so much fun on our backcountry trip last week, that we decided to post a photo gallery this week instead. Each year, we rally a group of our Osprey staff, reps and friends and head to the backcountry near our headquarters in Cortez, Colo. This time we hit up Monument Valley and Bullet Canyon in SE Utah. Here’s just a sampling from our adventure. To see the full slideshow, please check out our Flickr page here.
